Karl D’Angelo is the owner of Avante’ Plumbing, a Santa Rosa-based company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Sonoma County. With nearly 30 years of industry experience, he has built his career on technical expertise, dependable workmanship, and a customer-first approach.

Experience and Expertise

Karl began his professional career as a landscaper before entering the plumbing trade in 1996. He completed an eight-year apprenticeship and earned his California C-36 plumbing contractor license in 2004. He later expanded his expertise by earning an HVAC diploma from WyoTech, Green Plumber USA certification, and California Solar Initiative thermal contractor certification.

Throughout his career, Karl has focused on listening carefully to customers, understanding their needs, and delivering practical solutions designed to last. His leadership reflects the perseverance that has shaped his journey, along with a strong commitment to humility, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Life Beyond Work

Outside of work, Karl enjoys sailing on local lakes and the San Francisco Bay, learning swing dancing, and hopes to return to playing ice hockey after many years away from the sport. He is also dedicated to personal growth and recovery, believing that meaningful success comes from consistent effort, learning from setbacks, and striving to become a better person each day.
